You can create custom signatures and generic email templates for your platform under the workplace settings.
You can access the settings by clicking on "Workplace settings"
From here, you can click on the email signature to create the default signature across all forms on the domain. Setting it here means that you do not have to set it on a form‑by‑form basis.
However, if you have a specific form where you need a separate email signature—perhaps specific to the designated contact on your form—you can set it there by going to your form settings, email templates, and then editing the signature email within that specific form.
You can then click on the email templates tab to access the settings. You can then click to edit the signature template and customise this as needed. You can also create generic templates for your platform which can be used for group emails or individual messages you can send to registered users.
Please note that these email templates are not related to the system email templates, such as application completed, application draft, application rejected, etc. This area is purely to help you create emails that you do not wish to write every time you need to reach out to your applicants directly, such as deadline‑pending emails, for example.
