We've made it easy for you to edit you to make changes to your submission form.

Click on "My Forms"/"My Callouts"/“My Shows” etc. in the dashboard.

Submission form settings
Overview: This shows you the status of your show whether it is Invite only or Public. Invite only means that applicants will only have access to the form is they are provided with the direct link to the form. The Public option will add the submission form to the public page. Anyone with access to your domain will be able to access the forms on the public page. It also shows you info about your application form.
General: This is where you can change the Title, add a Deadline, Allow past date for deadline (this allows you to set the deadline in the past to close the application sooner), Opening date (this is useful if your opening date is outside of your office hours, you can set it to open automatically, Description (a description for your form, you can add instructions for your form or additional information) and Rules.
Pre/Post-apply Pop-ups: This is where you can set up Pop Up messages before and/or after an applicant completes the application. This is where you can add eligibility criteria, rules or privacy policies. An applicant cannot continue their application unless they have agreed to the pop up.
Questions: This is where you can edit or add new questions. You can also rearrange the questions by hovering over them and clicking and dragging the cross on the right.
Style: This is where you can select form type (standard or survey), The main image or logo for your form, Background image and the theme for your form. This is great for custom branding your form.
Settings: These are some additional settings for your application form:

Anonymous (Guest) Applications - This can be switched on and off to allow guest applications or not. You can ask for their information and register an account during the form.

Multiple Applications Per User - This can be switched on and off to allow multiple applications. Usually if one person was applying on the behalf of multiple organisations.

Enable Application Summary Forms - You can toggle on and off this to allow the creation of application summary forms, these forms can be used as administration forms, or for notes on phone interviews. These are private and will not be seen by an applicant.

Application Summary Alias - This is how you can rename the application summary form.

Display Summary Question Numbers - You can toggle on and off the numbering of questions

Editable Comments- Whether you want comments to be edited or not.

Assign Application - Toggle on and off whether you want to assign an application to a team member/team leader.

Next/Previous Buttons Display - You can choose if you want Next/Previous buttons to show on the application under the text.

Direct Excel Download For Summary (Reports Section) - This allows you do download an excel file of your applicants
Automated emails: this is where you can compose and edit automated emails that are sent to the applicants. You can make them more specific to your organisation/form.
Score bars: this is where you can create score bars for you or your team members to rate applicants. They can be set at any numeric range.
Application limits: This is where you can add a question that will allow your applicant to choose a number (for example for tickets) and the form will automatically close when your limit is reached.
