Requesting Reset Link
To reset your password, you must click ‘Reset Password’ link found below the sign-in options.
Once you’ve clicked the link you will be redirected to a new page asking you to supply the email address associated with your account. You will be emailed a one time reset password link. Be sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folders.
Please note: Each reset password link is only valid for one time only. If you’ve requested a second reset password the first token received becomes invalid.
Create a new password
When you receive your email, click on the ‘Reset Password’ link provided. You will be redirected to a new page where you can enter your new password.
Please note: Passwords must be at least 6 characters long.
