Once the GDPR upgrade is added to your workspace the next time a Team Leader Or Team Member signs in to the platform they will be presented with a New popup window. This will ask you to agree to

You can scroll and read same or you can select scroll to end on the bottom right and corner.
Once you accept you will be directed to another pop-up window reminding you to complete your privacy dashboard.
On your Privacy Dashboard, you must complete the following
(these are the documents that form a contract between the You and the Applicant)
Select click to edit to complete your Privacy Statement ( you can also paste it in from a word document ) once completed you must accept by clicking the blue box with the tick.
Select the contents of the acceptable use policy and edit to your requirements once completed you must accept by clicking the blue box with the tick.
You must now select by ticking the boxes what type of data you will be collecting. If you are collecting other data that isn't in the selection box please type same into the 2(a) Other Data.
You must now select by ticking the boxes what Special Categories of Personal Data if any will be shall be processed in accordance with Article 9 GDPR.
If you have completed everything correctly you will be presented with a 100% bar on top of your privacy dashboard.
Going forward you can find your Privacy Dashboard as a menu item on the left
Within your privacy dashboard, you will be able to manage your data including deleting any client information using our intuitive search features and updating any of your policies.
Applicants Actions
After you have completed all the above steps when an applicant registers or Signs in if they have not agreed to the latest version of the Customer Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, they are presented with a pop up asking them asking them to agree to your new terms.
