Now that you have your form created, it’s time to start adding your questions.
You can edit your form by clicking on "options". You will then see an edit button in the pop up menu:

When creating your questions you choose the type of question you want by selecting it from our range of 25 different question types in the drop-down menu.
Below are the different types of questions that we offer in our application form:
1. Small Text: This is an open text field for answers that require a single sentence or less.
2. Medium Text: This is an open text field for answers that require up to one paragraph of text with formatting.
3. Large Text: This is an open text field for longer answers with formatting.
4. Number: This is used for numeric answers only.
5. Multiple Choice: This allows the applicant to choose one answer from the provided options.
6. Multiple Select: This allows the applicant to choose multiple answers from the provided options.
7. Image Select: This allows the applicant to choose one or multiple answers from the provided images.
8. Yes/No: This allows the applicant to choose either yes or no.
9. Date: This allows the applicant to provide a date in the format of DD/MM/YYYY.
10. Date & Time: This allows the applicant to provide a date and time.
11. Heading: This is used when you want to add a heading to create sections or provide additional information.
12. Statement: This is used when you want to provide more information about the form.
13. File Upload: This allows the applicant to upload a file such as a document, photo, or video.
14. Video Recording: This allows the applicant to record themselves doing a video interview or audition through their webcam directly into the software.
15. Table: This allows the applicant to fill information into a formatted table that you have created.
16. Country: This allows the applicant to select their country from a drop-down menu.
17. Location: This allows the applicant to provide their location such as a zip code or address.
18. Scorebar: This allows the applicant to choose a score from a set scoring system decided by you, such as a score of 1 via a slider, stars, a grading system, or thumbs up.
19. Authenticated Signature: This allows the applicant to provide a digital signature by using a verification link emailed to them.
20. Phone: This allows the applicant to provide their phone number.
21. Website: This allows the applicant to provide their website address/URL.
22. On-Screen Signature: This allows the applicant to provide their signature in the form by signing their screen.
23. Import Question: This allows you to import a question from a different form that you have created on your system.
24. Video Briefing: This allows you to upload a video for your applicants to watch.
25. Payment: This allows you to receive payments from candidates using this question linked with your Stripe account.
26. Secondary Email Address: This allows a secondary email address to be added. Includes settings to include email in communication.
