Setting up your secondary Email question to receive emails automatically
To set up your secondary email address question you can select this question type from the question list located under the Questions tab
Once selected format the question to your needs then click the edit button to access the settings
Within the notifications section you must select Send Notifications for Tag Emails, give your email a subject and notification header
Creating your Tag
By selecting either a Yes/No Question, Multiple choice or Multiple select question type, you can use auto tags within these question types to trigger your email.
Once you've selected which question type you wish to use, you should format your question and then click the edit button.
Within the Edit Question section, select the Auto Tag tab and then click on the tag you wish to create the Auto Tag on.
Once you click on that tag, a new box will open, presenting options for creating your new tag. You will need to provide a name, choose a color, select the visibility, and mark it as open. Then, decide whether to send an email when the application is submitted or when the application is tagged. Next, set the subject for the auto email and create the body text. Importantly for this function to work you must select the option to send the auto email to a secondary email address. After you have provided all these details, click save.
Once the tag is saved, you are given the option to select the tag. So if you click in the box, you will be presented with the option to toggle the auto tag. Once the auto tag is toggled, any applications added to the form after this tag has been enabled will have an email sent to the secondary email address.
You will now see the tag listed under 'Tag(s)' within the 'Edit Question/Auto Tag' dialogue box.
If at any stage you wish to edit or remove the tag, what you need to do is go back into the auto tag section, click the tag itself and then hover over the tag where you have the option to disable it, edit it or delete it.
