Learn how Submit.com's tagging feature organises applications and automates tasks, and discover how to set up tags from auto tags or applications.
Using tags for applications has several advantages. Tags provide a way to categorize information and make it easier to organize, search and filter data. They enable users to group related content together, which can save time and improve productivity. Tags can also help simplify complex information by breaking it down into smaller, more manageable pieces. Additionally, tags can be used to quickly find and retrieve information, which can be especially useful for large datasets. Overall, using tags can enhance the usability and accessibility of applications, making them more efficient and user-friendly.
If you want to create tags for your form, there are two methods available. The first method involves going to the "edit settings" section of your form. To do this, you need to navigate to the "questions" section and edit the multiple-choice, yes/no, or multiple-select questions. When you edit these questions, you will see an option for "auto tags". If you turn on the "auto tag" option, the multiple-choice options will drop down without "no tag" next to them.
You can also add tags when viewing your complete or draft applications. You can access them when viewing your application and clicking tags on the manage application tab:
When you click "Create Tag," you will be prompted to name the tag, choose a colour, and set visibility and tag options.
When you click save your tag will be added to the tag list.
