If you have previously created a form and wish to make a new one based on it, there is an easy way to do so. When you click on the "create form" button, you will see a drop-down menu labeled "template." From there, simply select the pre-existing form you want to use as the basis for your new form, and you're good to go!
Your form will be duplicated along with all its question settings and deadlines.
Note: After creating your form, it's best practice to check the deadline to ensure it is not in the past. Additionally, review your email templates to update or remove any details that reference the previous form. This applies to the form description as well, along with any hot links connecting to documents or files related to the previous form.
