Previously on submit.com, if you wanted to link to a file or document, you had to send it to support for uploading to our servers. Now, with our new domain files section, you can upload files and documents directly to your domain and they can be accessed via a browser by your users or applicants.
Please note: This function is only available for Team Leaders. If you need a file uploaded to the system, please request this from your Team Leader.
To access the domain files tab, go to workspace settings and then select domain files.
To upload a file or document, click on "Browse." When the file explorer opens, select the file you want to upload. Make sure to mark it for public viewing so that it is accessible to your applicants. Finally, give the file a name and upload it.
Once uploaded, the file can be copied to your clipboard and can be used in any part of the domain that allows the use of hotlinks such as questions, emails to applicants or form descriptions.
