You can track and report scores across Reviewers and criteria. For example:
- See scores by Reviewer and score category.
- Generate score-specific reports exporting score data.
To see scores by Reviewer and score category, navigate to the Reports section on the Portal:
Next, click on Applications:
First, select the relevant Folder from the dropdown, then select the Form, then click on the green ‘Generate Report’ button’. Once you click on Generate, the Report will appear on the right.
Under the ‘Scores’ column you will see the email address of the Reviewer, and you will see the Scores given for each Score-Bar. To download the report, simply click on the ‘Download CSV’ button.
For a more comprehensive Report on Application Scores, navigate back to the Reports section, but this time select ‘Forms’:
Next, select the ‘Summary’ tab:
Under the ‘Form Summary’ section, select the relevant Folder from the dropdown list, then select the relevant Form in the Form dropdown list. Once you have selected a Folder/Form, the ‘Choose Data’ button will appear:
You will want to select this button in order to filter your Report findings. Once you click on this button, a pop-up will appear, and it will ask you to select specific properties to show on the Report. You can choose Applicant’s First name, Last name, and you can select from a number of Scoring properties, such as Scoring breakdown, Scoring notes, etc.:
Once you have selected the properties that you want to show on the Report, press the ‘Close’ button, then click on the green ‘Generate Report’ button. The report will show on the right side of the screen:
To download the report, simply click on the ‘Download CSV’ button.
