Adding An External Reviewer
To add an external reviewer, navigate to the Teams section on the dashboard, proceed to External Reviewers, and then choose the option to Create an Account:
A dialog box will open, and from here, you will enter the first name, last name, and email of the user you wish to add.
Sharing Folders and setting Permissions
Once added, it is recommended that the external reviewer be also added to a folder so they can access, comment, and score applicants. To add an external reviewer to a folder, go to folders and click the share button for the folder you want your external reviewer to access. The new user will be listed under available users. Permissions
To set the permissions of any external reviewer, go to Team and then select the "Manage Account" button for the external reviewer.
In the external reviewer account settings, under folder permissions, you can set permissions for each individual folder for each specific external reviewer.
In the folder permissions settings, the following settings can be allowed. The permissions are set using a hierarchical yes/no structure.
