Accessing applications as Team Leader or Team Member can be done via the Dashboard by selecting the Forms Tile or by selecting Forms in the sidebar. You can choose to view all applications, just the completed applications or applications that are still in draft
Note- External Reviewers will access via the folder that is shared with them by a Team Leader or Team Member, elements that are viewable by External Reviewers are decided by the team so not everything listed below may be seen based on their permissions

For all users, you can view any individual application by clicking View in the applicant tile, from there you have access to the application.
On the left hand side of the page, you will see the candidate name, id, status, reference number, when the account was created and last saved.
You will also see the tags and the assignees. You can add more tags or add/remove assignees by clicking these fields
In the next section you can View/add folders or View/add comments as well as score the candidate and allocate grant funds.

Most of the below will not be available based on default permissions
Note: If you delete an application, it cannot be reinstated later because all data is deleted from our servers. If you need access to the data later, we recommend that you archive the application as this removes the application from view but retains the data.
