Once you have completed the specified number of hours and sessions with the client as specified in the Mentor Visit forms, you can finalise the mentoring by clicking the finalise button.
After you click this, the assignment will be finalised in the system and a notification will be sent to the platform admin team notifying them of your assignment completion.
Note: once finalised the mentoring cannot be reverted to open.
Also note, you must meet the minimum amount of hours and visits before the finalise button can appear. If you complete the assignment in fewer hours/visit than was specified, you can contact the Admin team to finalise the assignment on their end for you.
Once the assignment has been finalised the applicant will receive an email notifying them of the complete assignment and asking them to preform a review of the mentoring process.
