By default, public forms are listed on the public page from oldest to newest. This is the same on your internal forms page as both of these lists are linked globally within the domain. However, if you have a specific way you would like your forms to be displayed on the public page and within your forms page, you can customize how they are ordered within both of these sections e.g. you can have your latest or most popular form at the top of the list for both your internal users and your applicants.
To access this you must first go to your forms page, click filter then customise order
Note: While the filter option gives you the ability to change the order of forms on the forms page by Newest, Oldest, Title - Asc, Title - Desc, Deadline - Asc, Deadline - Desc, this is not a permanent way to order the forms. As on your next session, it will revert to the custom order.
On the Customize Order page, you will be presented with a list of all forms that are on your domain, including your archived forms. Your archived forms will be denoted by the lock beside the title. Within this section, you can now grab and rearrange the forms to represent the order in which you would like them to be displayed on both the public forms and the internal forms page.
Note: For any forms that are marked invite only and therefore do not show on the Public page, they will show on the internal forms page in the order you set. However, if they are changed to Public at any stage they will then also show on the public page in the order you have set.
Once you are happy with the arrangement of the forms, then you will just need to click "Save Order" and then this will save the order on both the public forms page and the internal page.
