If you have a number of mentoring applications that you need to search through for a specific detail, then there is the option to use mentoring filtering to find the information you need. To do this, you would need to click on the filter button and then scroll down to mentor filtering.
Within the mentor in filters, you have the ability to search using the following criteria:

The "Mentor Assigned" dropdown allows you to filter records based on whether a mentor has been assigned. You have three options to choose from:
- All: Displays all records, regardless of mentor assignment.
- Yes: Shows only those records where a mentor is assigned.
- No: Displays records that do not have a mentor assigned.
Status
The "Status" dropdown allows you to filter records based on their current mentoring status. You have three options to choose from:
- All: Displays all records, regardless of their status.
- In Progress: Shows only those records that are currently in the mentoring process.
- Mentoring Finalised: Displays records where the mentoring has been completed.
Visit Reports
The "Visit Reports" dropdown allows you to filter records based on the number of visit reports associated with each entry. You have the following options to choose from:

- 0: Shows records that have no visit reports.
- ≥1: Displays records with at least one visit report.
- ≥2: Shows records with two or more visit reports.

- Yes: Shows only those records where a review form has been submitted.
- No: Displays records that do not have a review form submitted.
Mentored By
The "Mentored By" input field allows you to search for records based on the name of the mentor assigned to each entry. You can type the name of the mentor in the text box provided.
- Search Functionality: As you type, the system will filter the records to display only those that match the entered name.
- Clear Input: You can easily clear the field to start a new search.
Once you've selected the criteria for your search, you can utilize the buttons at the bottom of the filtering section to either search or reset your search criteria.
1. Search Button:
- Clicking this button initiates the search based on the selected filters. It applies all the criteria you have set in the dropdowns and input fields to display the relevant records.
2. Reset All Fields Button:
- Clicking this button clears all selected filters and input fields, reverting them to their default states (e.g., "All" for dropdowns and empty for text inputs). This allows you to start a new search without any previously applied filters.
