On occasion, you may need to add documentation to an applicant's application form post submission. To facilitate this, we have an attachments tab within each completed application. Any attached documents attached by your Team can be marked as internal or made visible to the applicant.
Note: Adding applications is a permission-based function. If you do not have this function enabled as a Team Member, you may not see the attachments tab. Additionally, the attachments tab will not appear for draft applications. If the application is complete and you do not see the applications tab within the form, then you will have to contact your team leader to have the permission to view the tab enabled.
Adding attachments
To add attachments to any application, access the attachments tab by going to the applicants tile, clicking "View," and then selecting the attachments tab. From there, you will see the option to upload an attachment.
Once the upload attachment modal opens, you can choose to make the attachment visible to the candidate. To do this, simply check the box labeled "Visible to Candidate." If you prefer that the candidate does not see the uploaded attachment, leave that box unchecked. Next, select the file you want to add by clicking the "Choose File" button.
Once the document is uploaded, it will be shown underneath the attachments tab and can be viewed by clicking on the icon.
If at any stage the visibility for candidates needs to be updated or the document needs to be removed, this can be done using the edit button that is located below the document.
Note: The platform will force “visible to candidate“ if the uploader is a candidate or if the uploader is also the owner of the application.
