Need to fill out forms on behalf of your candidates on Submit.com? We've made it easy! This guide will walk you through the streamlined process of applying for candidates.
You first need to navigate to your forms tab. You can then click "options" under the form you'd like to apply to. You will see an option to "apply on behalf" on the menu on the right.
Register new candidate:
You can register a new candidate or user to apply on the behalf of using the "register new candidate" button.
You will then be able to enter the candidate's information and to register their account and continue into the application.
Existing candidate:
When applying on behalf of an existing candidate you can search for their name/email in the quick search panel. You can click the "apply on behalf" button under their information.
Applying as a candidate
Once you have registered an account or chosen an applicant to apply on behalf of you will be taken to the application page to fill in their answers:
You can "save and quit" the application to save a draft. Please note, the candidate will be able to access the draft and make changes to this.
Once you have filled in the required questions you can submit the application as complete.
Once submitted you can choose whether or not to notify the candidate that the application is complete:
