Occasionally, an applicant may submit an application with missing details or contact you afterwards to add information. If the deadline has not passed, you can convert the application back to draft. To do this, open the application and click the Convert to Draft option on the right. The form will revert to draft, and an email will be sent to the applicant notifying them that the application is in draft.
Note that this function is permission-based. Team leaders have admin privileges and will always have this option. Team members may have this option, depending on their team permissions or form settings. If you are a team member and do not have these permissions, please speak to your team leader. They can set these permissions or perform this action for you.
