If you possess a secondary domain or a sister organisation that operates a domain within submit.com, we can facilitate the importation of a form they have created, which you require, from one of your domains to another.
To proceed with this request, we require a Team Leader from the domain from which you wish to copy the application form to contact support@submit.com, providing written authorisation for the transfer of the form to the new domain.
What you’ll need
- Domain name of the source form
- Form Title in Full (No abbreviations)
- Domain name of the destination (Recipient Domain)
- Clearly written authorisation for the transfer
Contact: support@submit.com for transfer requests
Steps
- A source domain Team Leader must send a transfer request to support@submit.com authorising the copying of their form including:
- Source domain name
- Recipient domain name
- Team Leader on recipient domain contact information (CC'd)
- Form Title in Full (No abbreviations)
- Clearly written authorisation for the transfer
- Support will verify authorisation and initiate the import.
- Confirm import completion with the Recipient and Source Domain admin.
Notes
- Requests must be made at least 10 working days before the copied form would need to be live. This is to insure the form is tested fully before deployment
- After importing the form, the domain team leader will need to review the form to ensure that all references to their sister organisation are not present within the form e.g. email templates, email signatures and questions.
- The form also needs to be tested in full using the apply as candidate function before making it available to their clients or applicants.
The following information will not be copied over:
- Question image list options
- Form backgrounds or any media associated with the form
- Application question attachments
- Custom themes
- Form extras
