If a message has been sent to you by the organisation you have applied to, you will receive a ‘Message Received’ email notification from ‘noreply@submit.com’. However, you can respond to this message by clicking on the ‘View Message’ button in the email:
You will be redirected to the login page. Log in using your username and password. Once you have been logged in, in the right-hand corner, you will see 3 lines - click on this, then click on ‘Your email messages’:
You will be directed to your Messages. Select the relevant message that you wish to reply to:
The message will open, and you will see a text box where you can draft your response -
Once you are happy with your response, click on ‘Send Message’.
