The Co-Signing feature allows multiple signatories on specific signature questions within forms, enhancing document security and validation.
For Applicants:
You will be prompted to add co-signatories by providing their first name, last name, and email address. It's important to know that adding a co-signatory grants them full read access to your application. The signature question is validated once the minimum number of co-signatories is added.
For Co-Signatories:
Upon application submission, you'll receive a "Co-Signature Request" email. Clicking the "Request Access" link will trigger a one-time "Magic Login Link (valid for 5 minutes) to be sent to your email, allowing you to securely view and sign the document. If the Magic Link time limit elapses before you can access the application you can request a new link.
Once you have requested access to the document via the magic link you will be notified of a new email sent to your account
Once received you can view the document by clicking on the view document button where you'll be taken to the application where you can review and sign off on the application.
