Occasionally you may try to add a new team member, mentor or external reviewer to the system, and you might get a warning to say that the email has already been taken. This means that the email that you are trying to add the user under is already associated with a user account. The person you are trying to add may have used the submit platform previously as a standard user.
If this ever happens and you wish to have the applicant's user details converted to that of a team member, mentor or external reviewer, all you need to do is send an email to support@submit.com requesting that the user is converted.
Within the body text of your email, please provide the full name, the email, and what user type you would like the applicant converted to.
