Occasionally, you may need to convert an application to "complete," either at the request of the applicant or for a draft application you are using to test a form. To do this, go to the application and scroll down on the right-hand side to find the "convert to complete" option. Click the button, and you will be prompted to confirm the action. Once you click the confirm button, the application will be converted to "complete." This action triggers an email to the applicant, notifying them that their application is now in completed status.

Note that this function is permission-based. Team leaders have admin privileges and will always have this option. Team members may have this option, depending on their team permissions or form settings. If you are a team member and do not have these permissions, please speak to your team leader. They can set these permissions or perform this action for you.
