Folders give you a simple way to group applications together — a shortlist, a review batch, or anything else you want to keep to one side. You can add an applicant to a folder straight from their application, without leaving the page.
Find your applicants
Start on the form your applicants have applied to. Go to Forms and locate the relevant form in the list.
Next, select the candidate list you want to work from. Click the status count on the form — for example Complete — to open that list of applications.
Open an application
From the candidate list you have two routes. Click View to open the individual application and read through it in full.
Alternatively, skip straight to the management options by clicking Manage on the applicant’s card.
Add the applicant to a folder
The Manage Application panel opens on the right-hand side. Click Folders to display your folders list.
l.
Search for the folder you need, then tick the box beside the folder name. The application is added to that folder automatically — there is nothing to save.
Now that the applicant has been added to the folder, the name of the folder is added to the application, and the number of folders that the applicant has been added to is updated in the Manage Application sidebar.
Note: The number beside Folders in the Manage Application panel shows how many folders the application already sits in. An application can belong to more than one folder at a time.
